This channel has a clear vision of broadcasting programmes on various themes. To achieve this purpose, Goodnews Television recently became a private limited company, renamed itself Goodnews Television Channel Pvt. Ltd and launched this new channel in Telugu. It was christened ‘Subhavaartha’ which literally means ‘Goodnews’ in Telugu, the second largest spoken tongue in India. This channel utilises the INSAT 2E satellite, which has an Asian footprint. Our future plans include starting similar channels in other Indian languages.
